Return Policy:

Your satisfaction with our products and service is the mainstay of our business. And we want you to be completely happy with your order. So in order to serve you better we have established a firm yet fair return policy.

 

Our return policies are as follows:

 

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of your item. 

BEFORE A REFUND IS  ISSUED TO A CUSTOMER THE ITEM WILL BE INSPECTED TOMAKE CERTAIN THAT THERE IS NO SIGN OF WEAR OR DAMAGE.
ALL JEWELRY MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANG TAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE ITEM, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR JEWELRY TO BE WORN EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR IT NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly written on the outside of the box.

An item returned without RA# written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused

Once you have been issued RA #, you must ship the item back so that we receive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.

For security reasons please do not write anything on the outside of the box indicating that it contains valuables of any sort.

You must ship your item back to us via a traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, since FedEx does not insure jewelry valued above $500). You must pay for the shipping and insurance for the amount you expect to be credit in full.  We will not accept a package that was not shipped paid for in full or is not fully insured.  Customer is liable in case of loss or damages.

Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

Returns will be credited in full minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping & insurance charges, should the shipping charges exceed the shipping amount originally charged.

Exchanges will only be accepted for equal or higher value items.

You will be notified at the time of purchase, if your order is a special order item and the above policies may not apply - in which case the sale will be final & non-refundable.
Due to sizing all rings are considered special order items. Once an order for a ring is placed & confirmed the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Purchases by Manufacturers
The Standard Return Policy does not apply to any purchases made by any jewelry manufacturer, jewelry brand distributor, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned for any reason under any circumstances.

Warranty:

CachetCollections.com offers genuine brand name Jewelry at substantial discounts to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. In order to enable us to sell our items at these discounts, we have chosen not to be "Authorized Dealers" as defined by the manufacturer.

All of our jewelry is genuine, authentic and new. We buy our Jewelry through authorized dealers and distributors.

Cachetcollections.com provides warranty coverage  for two (2) years from the date of purchase on all items besides for Bvlgari items which we offer a one (1) year warranty . The warranty covers items worn & used under normal Conditions that are deemed to have manufacturer defects.Our warranty does not cover damages such as to the crystals, finish, or damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer's limitations. This warranty is valid only thru CachetCollections.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Cachetcollections.com will void this warranty. CachetCollections retains the right to either repair or replace the item, at our discretion. For all warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#).  Please call (800) 819-0245 prior to return for your RA#.  This number must be displayed on the outside of the box.  Anything returned without authorization will be refused.

Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns must be covered by the customer.  Returns must be shipped bia traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure jewelry valued above $500).  Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured.  Collect shipping will be refused.  In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.

Cachetcollections.com ships to all addresses in the Continental US. We fully insure all our packages against loss, theft and damage that may occur in transit.

 

You can choose your shipment Second Day Air ($25) or Next Day Air ($35).

 

An adult signature is required when your item is delivered. 

 

As a security precaution in order to protect our customers against fraud, cachetcollections.com will only ship to your billing address. If you would like your item shipped to an address other then your billing address you must call your credit card company and provide them with an alternate shipping address to add to your account. This authorizes us to send your item to an address other than your billing address.

Due to the fact that the items we sell are exclusive and are being made available to you at a great discount, items may not be in stock and may need to be ordered for you. You will be contacted once your order is placed if the item is not in stock.


Sales Tax:

Since cachetcollections.com is located in New York State we must charge sales tax for orders places by residences of New York State. Upon entering your zip code at checkout the sales tax for your county will automatically be added. Orders placed outside of New York State will not be charged sales tax

If you paid by check, prior to shipping your item we will confirm that the funds cleared, only then will your order be shipped.

Shipments to Alaska, PR, Hawaii & Canada:

Orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Canada will be charged a flat fee of $40.00 & are usually received within three business day from when they are shipped.  Canadian orders will be subject to duties or V.A.T. which will have to be paid to the delivery driver or Customs Department.


International Shipping:

 Cachet Collections welcomes potential customers who reside outside of the United States of America.

An order can be placed by filling out our "Fax Order Form".  Please fill out, print, sign & fax to ++718-360-5983. For the fax order form please click on the following http://www.cachetcollections.com/faxform1.htm. All international order using credit cards must be received by fax or post.

For international orders we accept American Express & Bank to Bank wire transfer only.  We also accept Visa & Master Card from select countries (such as Canada, UK & Germany).  Please contact us for more information on the countries we that we accept Visa & Master Card from.  Please note that when placing an order with credit card the shipping address must be the same as the billing address.  We will also require a recent copy of your credit card statement showing your name, credit card number & address.  If you would like our bank information to send a wire transfer, please contact us via email at info@cachetcollections.com.

The cost for shipping is $80.00.  The price includes shipping, handling & insurance. For some destinations the shipping handling & insurance cost may be slightly higher and yo uwill be notified of such as your order is processed.

Cachet Collections will only charge you for the cost of the actual item(s) purchased and shipping charges.  All other charges such as duties & V.A.T. are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Usually you will have to pay these added charges to the delivery driver or you may be billed by your Customs Department.  If you have a friend or relative inte USA, we can ship the item(s) to his/her address and you may save substantially on the taxes & shipping.
